അവതാരക ഒരു ആർക്കിടെക്ട് ആണ്. അതിനാൽ പറയുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ആധികാരികത തോന്നും. നല്ല സ്ക്രീൻ പ്രസൻസും.
പക്ഷേ ഉച്ചാരണശുദ്ധി കൂടിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ എന്നു ചിന്തിച്ചു പോയി. ഒരു ഉദാഹരണം പറഞ്ഞാൽ 'ഭ' എന്ന അക്ഷരം എല്ലായിടത്തം 'ബ' എന്നാണ് ഉച്ചരിക്കുന്നത്. മലയാള ഭാഷയ്ക്ക് വലിയ സംഭാവനകൾ നൽകിയ മനോരമ ഇത്തരം കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ അതീവ ശ്രദ്ധ പുലർത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.

Below advice for improvement...
1) Please have the English subtitles for major customers to understand. Malayalam would help for Keralites only... So English subtitles are must..
2) Mention the land size and build up area for people to know and visualize else it will not help.
3) Please mention the sizes of each room, dining n living room including approximate cost of construction and land value in that area for example..
I don't see any value addition if you only shoot without the above info mentioned.

We been planning to build a farmhouse with a huge backyard so wanted to put large doors towards the backyard . But quite scared to get glass doors before of fear of theft and intruders . Are those glass doors theft proof ?
