Well, I succeeded in changing the weather - to snow...LOL, so we went on 11/30 instead & I was able to make the launch. Woo Hoo. As it turns out, I was also very ill on 12/1, as I have the flu...so, I wouldn't have been able to go anyway.....but, bottom line, I was able to order everything I "needed." I set the alarm to alert me to the launch, as I was not able to stay awake...it worked! Cannot wait to get my pins and prints! Thank you, Baylee! :)

Aw I love Kelli Marissa, she's so wholesome and positive and I'm sure she'd approve of your nail polish. She knows you can apply it thinly if you just want a glitter topper- her tip is for people who want glitter polish to look full-coverage like it does in the bottle (I've used her trick, it's really handy!)
I feel like you should look into cardboard mailers, like cardboard envelopes very similar to the style of bubble mailers...just cardboard, (and its very possible you already have a look into these), because you are not using the bubble mailers to reduce plastic right? well the cardboard mailers would be pretty much the same if not a LOT less material than the boxes you currently use, and they can nicely fit probably 3 pins. I wouldn't necessarily put prints in them WITH pins because they would probably cause the pins to dent the prints. But overall I think its would be SOO much easier, you wouldn't need to fold them (saving SOOO MUCH TIME), and while you wouldn't ENTIRELY be able to replace the boxes with them, they would cover a lot, like everyone who was JUST ordering prints or JUST ordering 3 and underpins, which I feel like is MOST of your orders. It would be easier to package, easier prep. I'm sure you may have already looked into this option or something similar, and there may be a significant detail I'm missing that makes it not work, but I feel like in case you haven't you should look into it. I just feel like you waste so much time on packaging than anything else and if you want your focus to be more on your store than maybe the stuff you do for your art channel I think that's fine, but I feel like you are not even really getting to do the "fun" part of the store, like it would be one thing if you were spending most of your time creating and designing new pins and new stuff to be in your store, but you just spend soo much time making boxes than probably anything else, and that just seems super unsustainable in the long run and also just not that fun or time worthy. Like if you wanted to just make boxes all day you could have a factory job and probably have better profit timewise.
My art has finally become a full time job for me and I love watching your vlogs to get motivated in the morning to finish all the work and comissions I have to do.

What is the ceran wrap game? And if you really want to stick to 2000 pins per launch it will get tricky. Because new pins will go super fast. So if you have 2 new pins, then 700 of each would be ok. 2 or 3 older pins for the rest. So 200 to 300 pins for the rest. Plus the extra ones for lost orders. But that's just a sugestion. You wrap multiple small gifts in layers of saran wrap (cling film) until you have one giant ball. Everyone sits in a circle. One person repeatedly rolls a pair of dice while another person tries to unwrap the ball. Any prizes they unwrap get to be kept. Once the other person rolls a double, the ball person hands the ball over to the dice person while the next in line starts rolling the dice. The game ends when the ball is fully unwrapped.
About discontinuing old designs: I think you should do it, but with every store launch, have one or two old designs in smaller batches available as well. That way, if I didn't get my fave at the time of original launch, there is still a way later on, withour you having to work triple time. You could also have a vote on which old design should be available for a new launch.
i only remembered to check the store sunday night cause i was with friends for the weekend, and crazily enough the pin and the print i wanted were pretty much the only things left in the store, so that worked out perfectly :D i got the amazeen ort pin and the noise print, in case you’re wondering

And I don’t know about Canadian letter mail, but shipstation lets you print US letter mail labels with it, so same as printing package labels where address auto fills and all that!
I'm terms of unsticking the glassene bags, I'm curious if the method we use at work for unsticking envelopes would work. You essentially grab it either side in the middle length ways and shake it up and down to fan it out, turn it around and do it the other way and the just bc we load it into a machine we also then manually run our finger to fan the longer side.

Baylee try finger cots for grip. They provide you with the rubbery grip and also provide no restriction on the rest of your hand.

a easy way to make the glaseen come loose is to turn it around and use the opening as leverage, it doesn't rip and spares a lot of time
