Really not the result we wanted as a team but we gave it our best shot, I got clipped in a first turn crash moto 1 and had a long slog trying to get back in the mix, Unfortunately, i ran out of fuel in both races, the added mud and slop made it hard going on the bike, I already had a bigger tank on than normal. Such a shame to go out that way but sometimes it's just not meant to be.

Bloody fair play tommy to come back from literally covered in mud and bike all bent and then do it all again 40 min later I take my hats of to you all . 12 des nations is unreal to think 99 per cent of us mxers never get to experience representing team gb let alone 12 times . @@TommySearle100 your welcome mate. 20 min walk not good at the best of times let alone riding from dead last and then walking with mud in the nose. I should think the hardest thi g was getting that heart rate down ready for next race

It is a bitter sweet result for the team but that is mx and that's why we love the sport. Gutted when Tommy went down on the start but hadn't realised he ran out of fuel as well. All the best riders in the world on the same day, on the same track so what isn't to be happy about.

Great blogs all weekend from all who the 2pro crew and other Brit bloggers who attended mxon, crying shame about first turn crash, looked like your rode hard in both motos. This is not a criticism and I appreciate heavy conditions and longer races compared to British champs, but just wondered if the other team Honda bikes were doing anything different, bigger fuel tanks or reserves. Surprised that no one checked fuel usage in shakedown allowing for wet Sunday conditions, with all the riders and two mechanics and team managers etc. I’m not being clever with hindsight, just intrigued about the Brit team thinking. The old adage that to win you must first finish🏁🤦♂️👍💪🤣🤣🤣
Watching your vlogs over the past year and a bit, and seeing how pissed you were after the qualifying race, I can tell riding the MXDN means so much to you. Never even seen you that pissed at a British about a result.
