Truth is, Lakers can't become a great team because Bron is so desperate to win a championship quickly that when it doesn't happen, he puts pressure on them to make dramatic changes. No player or coach playing for this team is safe or can feel like they're a brotherhood like Denver, playing in a system like what the Lakers have in the LeBron phase.
I think that speaks to the dysfunction of the Lakers organization. They are piece milling players together with no clear vision or plan for the future and refuse to hire quality coaches like Tyrone Lue. I think they need to keep their coach, you can see that the Lakers have made great progress towards the end of the season even beating the Clippers and making adjustments against the Nuggets and are making great strides against them and AD has become a better player because they made more adjustments with him in playing meaner.
