I get so upset when your videos end, because I could watch for hours and hours. I just love all the old things you find, it is just so great to see and hear about the history. Thanks for another great lark. 👏👏👏👍😘
Me too!! Ugh. There are so many wonderful things to see and learn about. But mostly I love the way you speak. I’m American so listening to you two is so fun.
I would have loved to see how you fixed that pontiled bottle lip! Did you film the repair? Those repairs like that one makes great video content, and people love to watch them! I know I do! You should have cut down that amber acid etched bottle and turned it into a drinking glass. It would have made a beautiful glass!
Amazing job repairing the bottle. Wow! I would love to see you do that some time when you share your crafting. Thanks for a wonderful video, it was so much fun I hated for it to end. 😉
So many wonderful finds would love to have seen how you mended the apothecary jar it was very well done perhaps you could show us one day! Great video thanks for posting 👍
Would you consider a video on how you restore your glass chipped items? It would be very interesting. Also, please think about offering kits of some of your doll heads, pipe bowl decorations, etc. Thank you.
Wow! What are you going to do with all those pipe bowls? And how on earth did you fix the chip off the room of the apothecary jar? You're so talented! Another fun video.
Finally a complete doll head and torso. I'm very sure you have the perfect arms and legs for him in your " it's a leg!" and " it's an arm!" collection! Have fun hunting, we want to see him complete!
Love the video! Alex, I wish you could show us how you fixed the beautiful old jar, it’s almost unnoticeable. Like your mom, you also have great skills!
My vote for the window of wonders this week is that apothecary jar that Alex fixed. Or, one of the skinny tall bottles. Or that warped bottle that looks like it has been through a fire. Or that ink bottle Gail found that has the irridescence to it. I have a thing for bottles in windows I guess! I can hardly wait to see what Alex is going to do with her doll finds this week. Another great hunt! Hugs from Virginia!
What a day you had! So many things left behind. Hopefully another enthusiast will be happy. I love the melted bottle and the repair you did on the pontiled bottle. Really worth keeping. I look forward to next week.
🌟🌟I LOVE THAT MELTED BOTTLE 🌟🌟 😱💖💖💖 What a great day ladies and a great video!!! 🌹 I love it when you show your collections. Thank you for taking me along.
What a great dump! Something I didn't think I would ever say until watching all these mudlarking tip diving videos... Some of those holes are massive, I wonder what cool finds the bottle diggers took, if what was left is some of the nice things you found...
Always love your program's, they do relax me and the finds you come across are amazing. Thanks for making a old man happy and regret that he never had the chance of doing the thing's you do.
Terrific finds, gals! Alex, I would like to see how you mended the glass on the apothecary bottle. Although I find the doll's heads a little creepy, I enjoy the history being unearthed 🥰🥰🥰
So many great finds today. It's always amazing seeing all the great pipe finds. The dolls are so cute. It was great hearing the history of poor Isabella 😢 😊❤️
I look forward to each episode. You all are so much fun and I love the history you find out on bottles and findings. I'm also so impressed by your skills in repairs, jewelry making and casting, painting and all of it..I especially like the fact that you get your shovels and scrapers and dig and get dirty! You don't just walk around and see what's on the surface! Thank you!
Hello 👋 from New York USA you guy's found some amazing finds my favorite definitely was the whole Doll and the Little Long neck Bottle Thank you for bringing me along with you I can't wait to see what you guy's find next 😀 😊
Hi Alex, that melted bottle would be good on a wind chime. Perhaps, in the center, that causes the other to chime? You know the thick pontel ends of broken bottles could be cut to the round bottom, for making wind chimes. What do you think of the idea?
A bunch of beautiful finds sweet little doll parts. Just love your videos. Always looking forward to your next one. Love your neckless Alex. Really cool keep bottle digging
What a wonderful site, I hope you plan to go back there soon. I love all those pipes and the little dolls are precious! Thanks for the history on Isabella, so heartbreaking that these poor people were punished rather than helped, I am glad she didn't die though and hopefully had a happy life. Alex made a great job of repairing the old bottle. Fab video Ladies! 😃💗 x
I know it’s going to seem I’m obsessed with coasters but the really big glass jar lids you find would also make cool mug mats. Just back them with some cork and ta-da!
So many lovely finds and great you found some whole bottles and that little doll body complete with head. You shall have to add the limbs . It's amazing, the history behind some items. Love it thank you.
This is an amazing place. So much is hidden here. The doll with its head and torso was definitely a star find for sure. But you also got some cool bottles as well. The only thing really missing was beads. But for the treasures you got ,a day without beads here and there is nothing.I wonder what else you will find from here ..Great vides ..Love n Light 🥰
I love watching you two dig and all your finds are wonderful. I also have nightmares that you will dig too deep and be buried in a cave. BE CAREFUL!!!! Thanks for sharing your passion.
Lovely to see you ladies on another new video! So kind of you to leave some finds for others to find…but pipes are just everywhere I see, it seems like they are pretty common to find. Wow your necklace is so amazing and original all your very own, fantastic 👍 what will you do with all those bottles and pipes? I love bottles too! Wow you fixed the bottle! 🙈how amazing!! Thank you ladies and please take good care and thank you for sharing your finds with us! Happy creating! Cheers! From California 🌹
So was the receipt you found not 2 yrs old? You said Saturday the 22nd of May 2020 but that day was a Friday....2021 was a Saturday, this year is 2022 and May 22nd was on a Sunday....so I am confused. I think 2 years of pandemic and none of are sure of any date. Did I misunderstand you? However long ago the hole was dug...you guys found some wonderful finds. Thank you for sharing.
Each of your videos is an amazing gift🎁 I can barely wait to open! And both of you lovely ladies are magical storytellers, weaving through a history lesson while making it come alive for us the viewers! I am always sad to see the end of the video is near. I love all the finds today. The cat which I'm sure you can fix its feet. The dolls head, now with the complete one, you can mold a new body for the lonely head! I think I remember you finding legs and arms. The punted bottle is a rare and wonderful fine. I found a full doll's head at a junk shop. The lady gave it to me. I could not find a body for it, so I used resin and made a plinth for it and now have a Begonia growing in it for the hair.
Another wonderful video! To Gail, have you ever tried to reconstitute the vintage dies in your little bottles? To Alex, I think you should grind down the back of the porcelain cat, cut out the head, and make a cameow. ;)
Hello Beauties, So many glorious finds in the dump. I do believe I have watched others larking there. It's just so full of everything. Hope you have the opportunity to be there again really soon. I enjoyed myself so much and I am sure you both did also. Greetings from North Carolina U.S.A.
I love watching your videos, I've kinda been bing watching them. I'd love to get my hands on some of that sea glass, its beautiful. I live in upstate NY, nowhere near NYC, I'm in the county and mountains. My 4 year old granddaughter loves watching your videos to. Can't wait for the next one.
OH, Alex. Y❤️U clever Darlin’ Daughter of Gail. The lightening effects on the pics of the gaol in Edinburgh were so atmospheric fitting perfectly w/the Victorian ssdness to which i’m addicted !! Thank Y❤️U for that!!!
I’d be interested if you did some projects at the end of your videos, like Willie does. I’d love to see you fix that apothecary jar. What did you use to fill in that chip please.
You should take the massive jar lids; they might fit one of your glass jars. Aww, I had hoped you would of taken the black tile, I thought it would make a nice craft project.
I see there are many of us interested in watching how you fixed the jar. Your creativity and talents are at gold star levels, the necklace Alex made is incredible as are the other jewelry she creates. It's always a pleasure watching the both of you having a good day out larking.😊
What a fab place! I love that green rimmed plate and those ginger beer fragments are definite heart breakers! Alex did a fantastic job repairing that lovely old jar!
I'm from the states and me and my friends have started watching your videos. I could watch u both all day!!! So it's raining here today,so I'll be catching up on all of them!!! Have a great day!!
I find your videos so relaxing, they have such a lovely atmosphere. The fact that through your findings,we learn more about the domestic and social history of the relatively recent past. Thanks for taking the time to research and pass on to us the knowledge. Power to you both.
I do love 💕 you ladies for taking time to show us all your treasure hunting! That huge piece of sponge ware was remarkable and Alex’s luck with the dolls 😊. I hope your garden is behaving and that your summer offers relaxation and joy!
Thank you ladies for the incredible antique hunt & great history on some of the items! Don't you wish you could sit down & have a chat with all these things if they could talk, would be unending conversation! Really enjoyed every minute of this!!

You should have cut down that amber acid etched bottle and turned it into a drinking glass. It would have made a beautiful glass!

Drinking glass, paint brush holder etc.
Amazing job repairing the bottle. Wow! I would love to see you do that some time when you share your crafting. Thanks for a wonderful video, it was so much fun I hated for it to end. 😉
I was going to say the same thing, when I first saw it repaired, I thought it was a different bottle. They both are incredibly talented.😊

Would you consider a video on how you restore your glass chipped items? It would be very interesting. Also, please think about offering kits of some of your doll heads, pipe bowl decorations, etc. Thank you.
Wow! What are you going to do with all those pipe bowls?

I enjoy the history you provide for these items!
It is nice to see mother and daughter having such a good tome together
I look forward to each episode. You all are so much fun and I love the history you find out on bottles and findings. I'm also so impressed by your skills in repairs, jewelry making and casting, painting and all of it..I especially like the fact that you get your shovels and scrapers and dig and get dirty! What do you think of the idea?
Well i like this suggestion!! I will use it even if the Northern Mudlarks haven’t responded, yet 😊
I love that idea too..❤
