- Hi Danceliners, here's the Swan Lake - Pas de Trois Variation performed by Akane Takada, Irina Golub, Laura Morera, Maria Khoreva. It's always interesting to discover choreographic differences between the various versions as well as different interpretations and styles. Enjoy!

Takada's performance is somehow so addictive... Her interpretation, technique, attitude, all so splendid
of course, very, very addictive, she is like a sunbeam you can´t stop it, light and unforgettable inner music!
I always admire the romantic ballet technique of Maria Khoreva 😍 ❤️ and this Swan Lake Variation dance of hers 🌟 is definitely persuasive in my opinion. I enjoyed watching all the dancers' individual Interpretations ❤️ 💖 ❣️! Thank you 😊 🙏 to @ DanceLine for sharing.
Takada is perfect in this role for me. Delicate, organic, flowing yet precise. All are lovely, however.
Takada´s lilac dress is superb! perfect election.
Akane Takada has the most expressive arms and dances the choreography with such lightness and joy. ❤
All incredibly fabulous, although Takada just had an extra little magic. 💕👏
My top 3:
1- MORERA- The overall sweetness in the variation with electric entrechat six won me over, in spite of that hideous white costume.
2- TAKADA- Played freely with those tempos with rock solid passe balances and always with the tempos.
3- GOLUB- The fabulous diagonal jumps were the best, and the expressions on her face conveyed the genuine joy in Siegried's celebration. Loved it.
All really wonderful! But my personal favorite is Takada, she seems so "natural" and effortless.
All slightly different but all very beautiful. My personal favourite is Akane Takada.

Takada and Khoreva are the best ones! Neat and delicate
I really adore the Pas de trois in Swan Lake because of the beautiful romantic ballet music and as the choreography is not so fix it's nice to see the dance versions. And the versions can differ so much because the setting of Act 1 has different moods. Takada is a 19th century elegant princess and Siegfried's sister in Scarlett's version, Golub and Knoreva are interpreting beautiful medieval court ladies in the Mariinsky version and Morera interprets a joyful dancer at a 19th century Russian court party in the earlier Royal ballet version. It's a pity that some versions would cut and replace the Pas de trois. A different lovely Pas de trois version is interpreted as peasant girls (as originally intended) in the older Covent garden Swan Lake productions...

The music is so joyful and each dancer seemed to express joy in her interpretation. Each dancer performed a different and lovely variation. Golub's diagonal was especially graceful. Thank you and all 4 are beautiful. 💓💞💞💕💞💓
I love both productions but for me Kirov is my favourite production and the costumes for this pas are better. Allthe dancers are lovely, agree Morera came across as most natural but all were amazing and brought thier unique style to the dance.
Morera’s overall presentation felt the most natural to me. Golub’s presentation didn’t feel quite so effortless but there’s an elegance to her that I appreciate.

I thought the blue dress as nice as it was I thought it was too heavy looking and probably spoil the leg line by wrapping around the legs, the next ballet showed a much lighter dress which flowed alot better with the movement of the legs. This is my opinion so no unkind words please.
Nice. I liked them all. My favorite was either Takada or Morera. Takada was very expressive in her upper body, and Morera's whole variation looked effortless. Unfortunately, these two dancers had the two ugliest costumes with Takada's bustle costume the absolute worst. Who designs these? Agree that Golub was very delicate and light.
Same here. Morea and takada are both with royal ballet and were trained differently. They tend to be more natural where the others are to technical for my liking and look to stiff. Not a criticism its just i prefer the more natural style. Akan is lovely and morea is still doing her thing at covent garden despite her age. In mayerling she was great and has always been a very good actress as well as a great dancer.
Akane actually trained in Bolshoi! And before that in Japan. Then only she got in the Royal Ballet (I believe she came in it as an apprentice, but not sure on that one!)

Khoreva volt a legjobb, mert ő volt a legtermészetesebb, Szegény Takadának, de főleg Morerának nagyon előnytelen volt a ruhája.
