I belive its damage is something simmilar to growth hormones and it gives you -1 tears (not so good when you haven't reached cap yet). sedondly i agree that guillotine that late in the game is preety good (especially considering enormous tears) but to be honest NL probably wouldn't take it because he hates it
"One makes you larger" leads to the "Stompy" transformation as of the latest booster pack. Upon taking damage it causes the "Wait what" effect. Not amazing, but not useless either.
Now that the second booster pack is out taking 3 "One makes you larger" pills gives you the Stompy transformation. Weirdly you can't break rocks but taking damage has the chance to give the Wait What rock explosion and it leaves a trail of dust behind you when you walk.
I've played this seed and I have to say : I have much more respect for glass cannon. All I had really were glass cannon (single dmg up for the entire run) and rotten baby. It was a speed run under 25min.
broken modem is sort of like the chalice. the closer a bullet or enemy is the more likely they are to get frozen. it also gets better with ur luck, at least from my experience with the item

Not only was there a troll bomb, but he just stood there and let it kill him. Broken modem is a greeeat item. It is like a mix between moms contact and the slow effect on tears.

Broken Modem is good against enemies you're not familiar with. That aside, it makes some enemies and bosses incredibly difficult to deal with.
