Quero conhecer ela no futuro.

Thank you so much for sharing. Looks so nice with the trees, facilities for the children, football, cafe and sculptures / monuments / photos, etc. I find it very interesting how a little presentation / exhibition with the black and white photos are presented outside in a public area, where everyone can see. I can not think anywhere in the UK would erect a mini exhibition in open space in a park. (I'm going to ask people about this). Obvious we do have monuments / sculptures, but not photos or paintings (which I have seen in Moscow). If this was in the UK, they would present it inside a bulding where you would have to pay to see. Do you have to pay to get into this Park?

I am very pleased that you liked this park! Thanks for the comments, I find it very interesting to read when you compare something with the UK. It is always very interesting to know some details of the common and the different between our countries. But why can't you imagine such an exhibition in the UK? Is it prohibited by the administration or unacceptable in your country? The entrance to the park is free, paid only for children's cafes and attractions.

@@VolgaWalk No, it’s not prohibited by Government. I think it is an attitude problem by government as well as by general public. They don’t value art for the soul and also think it’s a waste of money. Also, they still think art paintings and photographs should be in a gallery, not in public places. I’m talking generally here, but this I think is how most people think in UK. For example, the Mayor of London (who has just been elected and is Labour) has spent money on putting art in the underground (famous artist from Bradford, UK, David Hockney) and to encourage tourism, introducing art installations around London. When the Mayor announced this nearly everyone on the media tv, social network didn’t have a good word for the project.

@@zaptabby I heard about this artist, if I am not mistaken this direction of painting is called pop art, I saw photographs of some of his works.
Thanks for your feedback on art! I agree with you that it is a good idea to place reproductions or photographs in public places with free access to all those who wish, but to one degree or another I share the opinion that real priceless works of art should be kept in guarded galleries. This photo exhibition in our park has an educational, historical and informational function. And I am very glad that you liked it!

@@VolgaWalk I agree, original works of art should be safe in galleries. I am sure the paintings I saw in Moscow were reproductions. Yes you are correct, Hockney did pop art in the 1960s I think. Personally, I am not too keen on his 1960s and 1970s work, but I do like his stuff from the 1980s, some stain glass designs and theatre design work. His drawings are excellent. Yes, thank you so much for showing me this location. Loved it ♥️ By the way, if you like football, did you know football was invented in my city of Sheffield and has the oldest club in the world, Sheffield FC?

@@zaptabby I was curious about what kind of pictures in Moscow are you talking about? Was it somewhere on the Arbat? If that's what I think about, then this street in Moscow is the core of creativity and art and a very suitable place for street exhibitions, street musicians, and so on. About football - it's very cool that you live in the homeland of football! I knew that England is the birthplace of football, but I didn't know that the city was called Sheffield. Thank you very much for this information! 👍 I'm not a big football fan, to be honest, but I always follow the World Cup and always (please do not be offended) support Brazil😃 I remember that at the 2018 championship at our stadium in Volgograd there was a match with the England team.
