Also not just programming concepts, if you want to go deep, you also need project management, software architecture, software testing, etc. and if you are in game dev or ML Dev you need a lot of math as well. Strangely programming is not dependent on a programming language. Once you know a medium-low level language well, you can pretty much pick up any language within a day or two.
No interview ask you to code in specific language. Data structure, algorithm and system design more important than learning a new language for job purpose.
It's not about the demand on this specific language but it's about how professional and special you are in this language if u are monster in conding with this language i can guarantee to u,u will be hired in most of applications

It's not like it really matters that the languages you know are in demand. If you can proof that you know a variety of languages (so they know thay you will be able to learn new ones quickly), and have an advanced understanding of programming concepts (algorithms, data structures, etc.) as well as the specifics of your field you can apply to a job for a lnguage you don't know yet and learn it in the onboarding process. Individual languages are by far the easiest part of programming. So companies would rather hire someone new to the language that fulfills all the other requirements, than someone who is proficient in let's say JS but only went through a bootcamp and has no prior experience or impressive portfolio.
