I have a 2016 with 2500 miles on it. I'm not kidding when I say if I could own any motorcycle in the world, it would be this one. It's the most luxurious ride ever, and it has enough zip to have a LOT of fun. Tons of storage, and all the bells and whistles. Can't imagine going back to a regular bike (and I've owned 10+ of them over the years).
You have a 2016 'what'? They mention two bikes in this video.

It's a sports tourer motorbike called a scooter. 10k is alot but not compared to a Harley and the "scooter" wins hands down with comfort/speed/reliability.
Rented one for a weekend stuffed the wife on the back and split for three days that was 2016. Just bought our second one this year 2020 sold the older model to a friend when we found an option 716 up for grabs. Sold the Harley too. I’m about riding not repairing. Total comfort will never go back

Waaay too loud, I wanted to hear the review better.
I really want to make the jump from Maxi Scooter to Cruiser (since I learned to ride on a Cruiser), but these BMWs are making that decision harder. The heated seat and grips plus storage are a big selling point for me.
Very good review, but the rediculous music often hides the narrative.

Can someone help me about the real consumption + - from this BMW c650gt?mostly on the city. I want buy one from 2019 but I see some forums with about 5-6-7 litres for 100km like a car even more.
I had a 650GT which I liked, especially commuting to London, but swapped it after 18 months for a F800GT. The reason was that the engine started cutting out at low revs, which meant having to stop, pull the left hand break lever and restart. This was rather dangerous, and I was nearly rear-ended twice, once by a lorry. To make things worse, I got stranded in the Netherlands, and the dealer there was unable to replace a faulty engine management chip, which caused this problem. Luckily BMW's warranty stepped in and was great, as they flew me home, provided me with a rental car and then brought the scooter back as well. Much happier with gears now and the F800GT is a great bike. Scooters are great but the need to stop whilst restarting the engine could be lethal.

I had the same problem with my scooter honda sh300 R . After long discussions and resaerch it proved to be bad fuel the reason it killswitched the engine running at low and very low speeds. And the injection body thought it as aaa fault and killed the engine when it occured. The matter with the brake lever being pulled in order to restart the engine ( and thus the full stop needed ) could be solved by disconnecting the switch in which it demands to be pressed for the start button to work! As a result you can press the engine start button even when rolling without the need to stop in case engine cuts out....
Could have easily had the fault repaired under warranty, you fool. You let go of a scooter because it developed a fault? And motorcycles never develop any faults I take it? LOL
A guy rides with us bought one as he is somewhat advanced in years and not short a few quid. Perfect for him at least..

What's the difference between bmw c650gt and the highline version?
Music destroys the film for me, very distracting.
I like your video but your voice needed a bit of compression and editing where it dropped out or was lost to track. If you'd like some help improving your videos I would be willing to assist. I'm looking at this vs the F800GT as a daily... With the 800 I feel like the lack of tech you see on the RS feels like a compromise whereas this is the king of scooters
Isn't this the motor BMW use in the range extender generator in the i3 electric car ??
If so, how does that affect you? Unless you have an i3 with a missing range extender engine?
They're the same price as the Tmax 530 however you get way more for your money! When I'm on mine the Tmax boys never can keep up with me in open roads or in London and even some guys on sports bikes! :-). If you could review the two of them thought that would be cool. Good work.

The BMW C 650 GT is a Kymco scooter. That is not bad, Kymco is a good brand.

Tmax is the same price, but smaller engine and that badge ...well...it's a Yamaha...not a BMW. That says it all.

Your tone ruin a goo review, do you care if other can hear your low tone at the end of the sentence?, why swallowing the words so much it getting annoyed because tried so hard to get the details and become strained
that is a gorgeous looking scooter but it's too much for what it is and that's a scooter.
