I wish Michael Wincott voiced Starscream on n the bayverse movies as he has a badass raspy voice that sounds so terrifying, he would’ve made a perfect Starscream. Also, in my version of Dark Of The Moon directed by Christopher Nolan, not only is Starscream voiced by Michael Wincott, but my version of Starscream is portrayed as a bloodthirsty sadistic murder machine and does usurp Megatron to be the leader of the Decepticons and is no longer a coward.
They should do a DOTM version, but keep this mold. Make it a dark silver with the black tattoos, and finally give him his arm mounted miniguns for the accessories.
