    I have a doubt that initially trigger(2nd pin)pulse was zero volts so comparator 2 (which is in inverting mode) have vin less than vcc so why it's output is not 1
    I'm looking for a reply as my exam is just 42 hours away

      We are not applying and then removing the trigger input. It's always there. Its like clock pulse. If you see waveform of trigger pulse it oscillates between negative value and Vcc. So when there is not a negative trigger pulse ( low ) there is Vcc (high) available at trigger pin.
