@@jorvikvand I think it’s less about the twist being unpredictable to comic fans and more about the story behind it. At this point we have four episodes left, and it makes more sense for them to get into the “how” rather than trying to lead us astray with a red herring (one that would really piss people off if they went back on it at this point). I don’t really think the writers are as concerned with trying to trick the audience as people think they are, they seem much more focused on character.
It felt like Billy was possessed in a way. As if something used his powers to deal with them through him. It just felt so out of character. Wanda is also known to lose her temper and have the same, kind of possessed, energy-so I’m excited to see how they manage this situation. I know that they all end up on the road again somehow.
It's Billy. The blue magic is the same as in WandaVision and they played WandaVision's theme when it was revealed.

No point making the reveal if its some character we don't know about, it has to be Billy cos we’ve met him as a child and Teen has the same powers
