Battle mode: Only ULC Sans gets low cooldowns.
Hardmode: New HM Sans is a Nerf to the ULC HM

it does actually change the character. It's about 2x less cooldowns (same as old battle mode)

fun fact: battle ulc sans decreases cooldowns...thats it, nothing more
