I was brought up on all the vegetables, well maybe not all the vegetables (Lima Beans, Yuuukkk!) that kids don't like, like spinach, brussel sprouts, asparagus and broccoli and was never told they were gross until I went to school, by then it was too late! I always grill my brussel sprouts but have never tried them with all those ingredients, bacon YUM! Great Idea! Good Job as always...
I remember your grandma whenever I see snap peas. I had never seen them fresh before and I got to help her clean them out while sitting at her kitchen table. You were very fortunate. Pretty much the only fresh vegetables I grew up with were chile, squash, corn, and occasionally, quelites. The rest was canned or frozen, which just isn't the same.

Love! I do this with with butternut squash in addition to the sprouts, pecans and cranberries. I love the added garlic and parm! Yummy!
