Hey Cheryl! Great question - and its not ALWAYS a happy affair 😂😂. It takes about 20 minutes to set it up. That parts easy. Provided the kids havent spread far and wide (and we havent had the boat off) it takes about 40 minutes to pack up, including kids beds etc. But if they've spread their crap everywhere it really prolongs the process and Grumpy bear comes out to play!!
