I love the fact that you are reviewing reasonably priced pens. I am new to collecting and looking for unusual pens. Its my covid 19 in near lock down in Australia. I am not traveling for business - no planes are flying, so I can dig out my own fountain pen and enjoy learning to write again. Glad I found you.

Well, they say beauty is only skin deep and it applies to plastic as well. Two of the pens shown (E95S & the Waterman Carene) are two of my favourite pens for quality of writing and excellent design. Other pens like my Parker Duofold in cracked ice and Pelikan M800 as well as the Sailor 1911L see everyday use but probably not hit a favourites list for 2020 but would probably hit an “all time favourite “ list for some pen lovers. I have never had an interest in any pen that needed tuning out of the box, nor one that that name forces my tongue to get severely twisted.😜 You have a beautiful collection Doug, thank you for sharing this list with us. Worst pen experience, my year FPR Flex Nib my pen expert repairman blames the feed. At this point in time he's replaced the nib with a Noodlers Ahab to give me something I can write with. The original nib would out flood /gush a New York fire hydrant.
