As someone who has a huge connection with dogs and animals in general. this made me heartbroken. In the part where they shaved the dogs hair (who didnt have any messy hair problems or anything) i got so fucking mad bc this fucking dudes clearly don't know that dogs use their hair as their like "second skin" (obviously if your dog suffers from extreme messy hair or stuff like that you should consider shaving) but this dog didn't have a reason to be shaved. Then going trough the part were the dog went missing (from what i think that happened) they maybe abandoned the dog hairless in the street or they sold him for extra money. thinking of this makes me sick bc if they abandoned the dog. The dog could have been killed in the street bc of the rest of the dogs there. And if he was sold he could have been keeped for a pet mill or something else. The other thing that made me extremely mad was that their kids clearly loved the dog and they decided to take him away from them (or if he went actually missing they didn't even care) .also A dog is a extremely positive life changer ( they are really therapeutic bc my dogs helped me with my anxiety and gender dysphoria). Finally the dog would also have felt an extreme happiness from being with the kids since dogs are *REALLY* loving and emotional animals ( for shure the rest of the animals also are but from my experience, i think dogs are a lot more emotional and loving than humans) soo. (I apologize for my grammar, im from chile.)
As someone who knows dogs (shows them and knows how to keep them healthy) shaving your dog that isn’t a breed that is supposed to be shaved can actually cause the dog pain.
I watch the Ballinger Family but I can't stand most other family vlogs and I honestly have gotten to where I don't really like their videos either. It just seems weird to me I guess. Their oldest daughter is 13 but she seems to have the mental age of a 7 or 8 year old. And I'm not trying to be one of those people who think kids can't be kids, but I don't think she has any real friends because they're homeschooled so she spends all day with her younger siblings and continues to act like them. She even still speaks with a sort of speech impediment that most kids (both of my siblings included) grow out of by 9-10 years old. She also screams and speaks in a baby voice because she hears her little brothers speaking like that all the time. The second oldest boy seems to be more mentally mature than her even though he's a few years younger and it's kind of concerning. I liked them for a while, but watching the kids get older, especially the daughter, has really mixed up my feelings about it.

When I was a kid, my rabbit ran away. I've never had a dog run away, but I did always look out the window for like a year after trying to see if I'll find her on the side of the road. I know she's gone by now, but it always makes me sad to think about. As someone who has a huge connection with dogs and animals in general. this made me heartbroken. In the part where they shaved the dogs hair (who didnt have any messy hair problems or anything) i got so fucking mad bc this fucking dudes clearly don't know that dogs use their hair as their like "second skin" (obviously if your dog suffers from extreme messy hair or stuff like that you should consider shaving) but this dog didn't have a reason to be shaved. Then going trough the part were the dog went missing (from what i think that happened) they maybe abandoned the dog hairless in the street or they sold him for extra money. thinking of this makes me sick bc if they abandoned the dog. The dog could have been killed in the street bc of the rest of the dogs there. And if he was sold he could have been keeped for a pet mill or something else. The other thing that made me extremely mad was that their kids clearly loved the dog and they decided to take him away from them (or if he went actually missing they didn't even care) .also A dog is a extremely positive life changer ( they are really therapeutic bc my dogs helped me with my anxiety and gender dysphoria). Finally the dog would also have felt an extreme happiness from being with the kids since dogs are *REALLY* loving and emotional animals ( for shure the rest of the animals also are but from my experience, i think dogs are a lot more emotional and loving than humans) soo.

I watch the Ballinger Family but I can't stand most other family vlogs and I honestly have gotten to where I don't really like their videos either. It just seems weird to me I guess. Their oldest daughter is 13 but she seems to have the mental age of a 7 or 8 year old. And I'm not trying to be one of those people who think kids can't be kids, but I don't think she has any real friends because they're homeschooled so she spends all day with her younger siblings and continues to act like them. She even still speaks with a sort of speech impediment that most kids (both of my siblings included) grow out of by 9-10 years old. She also screams and speaks in a baby voice because she hears her little brothers speaking like that all the time. The second oldest boy seems to be more mentally mature than her even though he's a few years younger and it's kind of concerning. I liked them for a while, but watching the kids get older, especially the daughter, has really mixed up my feelings about it.
