- Bejules Tribute - This my birthday video tribute to Pernell Roberts on what would have been his 83rd birthday - 18th May 2011. It celebrates his role as Adam Cartwright on Bonanza. He's an amazing person. His kindness was like sunshine to the show. The other's were alright, but Pernell/Adam was the man. So tender and loving. Miss him so much.

I watched the Bonanza episodes up to Season 6. After that no one could replace Pernell - often inmated but never duplicated
Beautiful song which describes Pernell Roberts perfectly! Dearly miss him. He was a such a beautiful person physically as well as what he gave to others. God bless. Rest In Peace!

@Bejules - Everytime I see this video I simply want to cry and I usually do. When I see PR's face looking so alive and well it kills me. Dear me, if I could turn back the clock I would do anything to come to him. This brilliant man did not have the right to leave us without telling us more about himself. His likes and dislikes. Sometimes I wish his wives would say something. Sometimes I wonder if he had the opportunity to check sites like yours to find out how much he was loved.
My godness, what else can I say about this amazing video? It is a killer, beautiful.. It describes everything we love about him (Pernell Roberts), his MIND, his voice, his lips, his heart, his smile, his style, everything about him.

@brucavalini All the Bonanza fans feel the same way; we miss all the stars of that special show so much. I'm sure all of them know how much they are all loved still. I think though Pernell was a very private man and it maybe that his wives don't say anything out of respect for the man that Pernell was.

The chemistry and the brilliant performance between The cartwrights were so real, so perfect that the whole world decided to adopt them as part of their own family. Slowly one by one left us: Hoss, Ben, Little Joe. Losing Adam was the end of an era and innocence. How many times I asked myself the same question: Adam, how did you endure so much pain?
