Laajasalo (ruots. Degerö) is a group of islands forming a neighborhood in southern Helsinki, the capital of Finland. It’s the largest island in Helsinki and boasts an impressive 25 kilometers of coastline. With its abundant beaches, jogging trails, and recreational areas, Laajasalo offers a natural escape for residents. The neighborhood comprises several sub-areas: Kruunuvuorenranta, Yliskylä, Jollas, Hevossalmi, and Tullisaari1.
