But despite that, they both did a fantastic job as MCs, and they both will always be an iconic MC duo that many loved. Their chemistry were top-tier, and they always made idols feel good. Soobin hasn't been this emotional and teary-eyed in a while.. It's obvious how much it meant to them, and how grateful they are for this opportunity. If there is anything that I am happy about is that they got a proper goodbye segment, full appreciation from the staff and all the other idols who appeared on the show. Everyone kept praising their hosting abilities and they always managed to make the atmosphere fun and bright. They are the standard, no cap. Usually the female MC is the one who cried, when I heard that it's their last day being an MC I was worried both of them will cry because I know Soobin too well to guessed that he must've felt emotional on their last broadcast, but fortunately Arin is such a cheerful personality that she welcomes this goodbye stage in a positive light, thus help Soobin to hold his tear. Also it seems like Arin is doing what an older sister would do, she knows it's emotional for the two of them so she's keeping the mood lively and cheerful so it won't be harder for both of them, especially Soobin. I feel like both Arin and Soobin are super transparent but also really sweet- you can tell that they geniunely like the MC role and their positivity just spreads to everyone else- watchers, artists, staff etc. Plus they keep it professional without being overly stiff and work well together! Watching the talk x today episode of Soobin with the behind the scenes of musicbank, I realized it more how hard he worked for this past one year. Usually the female MC is the one who cried, when I heard that it's their last day being an MC I was worried both of them will cry because I know Soobin too well to guessed that he must've felt emotional on their last broadcast, but fortunately Arin is such a cheerful personality that she welcomes this goodbye stage in a positive light, thus help Soobin to hold his tear. Also it seems like Arin is doing what an older sister would do, she knows it's emotional for the two of them so she's keeping the mood lively and cheerful so it won't be harder for both of them, especially Soobin. They have such good chemistry, thank you for your hard work all this time!

Don't forget that nobody cared so much about being a Music Bank MC until SOOBIN and ARIN were. They were such iconic couple, their interviews went viral every week and their names were on world trends every Friday. It was because of them that many fandoms wanted to have their favs as MCs, they even made requests to have them in Mubank.

I don't want to undermine Soobin and Arin in any way, they've done an incredible job at Mubank and I love them very much ; however they are definitely not the first MC couple to be that viral and 'iconic'. Like right at the top of my head I'm thinking Park Bogum and Irene (also Music Bank !) who were immensely popular, and there are many more if you include other shows. Maybe you haven't been into Kpop that long to know about it ?
But I just feel like it's a lack of respect for other idols to say that Soobin and Arin set any sorts of standards ; you can be proud of them while still acknowledging the long line of legendary MCs that went before them ☺

Um....you are kinda wrong😅 the first ever viral and iconic music bank MC duos were PARK BOGUM and IRENE. K stans were crazy over them at that time. After that many mcs duos came. But they weren't iconic and popular as PG and Irene. Then at last we got an iconic mcs duo again Soobin and Arin!!
Also idk why some newer kpop stans and moas are underestimating PG and Irene in the replies by saying "not a lot of people watched music bank at that time" without even being present during that time...
I feel like both Arin and Soobin are super transparent but also really sweet- you can tell that they geniunely like the MC role and their positivity just spreads to everyone else- watchers, artists, staff etc. Plus they keep it professional without being overly stiff and work well together! I'm going to miss them for sure
Watching the talk x today episode of Soobin with the behind the scenes of musicbank, I realized it more how hard he worked for this past one year.
He practiced so much, to be a good mc, to make the artists comfortable and helped them a lot too. I couldn't be prouder of him. Thank you for always working hard and spreading happiness as an mc, Soobin ♡

MC Akong was the biggest reason for me tuning in to mubank every single friday, also since day 1 the mubank staffs really took care of both of them very well. So, it's kinda sad to saying goodbye to them now. MC Akong was historical. I'm half sad but half excited. Sad to see them left mubank as an MC, but I'm excited for next week Sunghoon MC first broadcast. I hope he'll do well too 😊

I joined the live music bank, and I saw everyone spamming dolphins and good things about Akong. As a Moa, it makes me so proud but at the same time it hurts very hard when I realise that there won't be this amazing duo lighting up my screen every Friday anymore!

It's kinda emotional since they were iconic and the best mcs that music bank had ever since last year, other idols that they had interviewed adored them so much and they had grown so much as besties
