Imagine how difficult and risky is, to make all the artifical accidents and fights! I really kept thinking about the know-how, independently of the seemingly simple robot. But the lamps on the head of it were all lighting! Absolutely funny - and the main point of the experiments wasn't told until the end. Thanks for uploading!!!

Mother Riley is the same ilk as George Formby, Arthur Askey, Norman Wisdom and Will Hay; music hall performers turned actor, who were the star that people went to see, expecting a certain kind of performance, which is why it is so weird to 21st century eyes.

They talk always about Vampires in this movie, but its not really the topic there, where are the Vampires? Of course the great Bela Lugosi is here a Professor who create a Roboter, Lugosi is a legend, He play the First Dracula in the 30ies very charismatic in Black and white screen, a great movie. He rest in peace. But in this movie here i did not see one Vampire. But ok, good old movie, thankyou.

This reminds me a bit of an extended "MONTY PYTHON" routine. And Hattie Jacques was later a regular in the "CARRY ON" movies.
