- Please read description before asking what i've used in this video. I'm just learning to use Pro Tools so please forgive the muddy sound. It took three separate takes to record this properly so you might see some strange cutting points.

I really want to know how you practice your one handed single stroke exercise. If you make the video how u do that it will be so great. Im really stuck to develope my left hand
Try putting a metronome to 200 bpm with 8th notes, and match the beeps as long as you can.

Acid Rain hi bro thank's for asking me! I put my metronome on 200 bpm and i hit the singles as long as i can like you said..and i increase the metronome every 2 days until i reach 235 bpm. Thanks a lot! But i think i got injured after i push it too much on 235 bpm. Yeah im not doing any warm uo before the 235 bpm (my bad). Im struggling to reach 270 bpm, because my band average tempo is 270..i have a gigs on 3 weeks. Wish me luck! Thank you so much for your advice! It means a lot!
Aden Indra dude no problem and yeah be careful not to injure yourself. Make sure you use more fingers & less wrist the faster you get. Fingers for speed and control, and wrist for power
