    David, I noticed you using the “do you know what’s going on over there” line instead of “is that your property” and I found it so interesting and compelling. LOVE to see it explained here.     I will be the first to admit, Im THAT GUY...As in, the (EXTREMELY) Rude person on the other end of that phone that no salesman wants to call. With that said, I must say if Troy were to ever call me, I'd probably leave that phone with a new best friend. Not one part of that phone call sounds "salesy" or like someone trying to sell me on something. And that's the key.
    To be successful it has to come off as natural. You can't sound nervous, you can't stumble, you can't give off any creepy vibes. Unfortunately, there's only ONE way to get there....Fail, Get UP, Try Again, REPEAT! There are NO SHORTCUTS! Trust me, I've spent the last 20 years trying to find them. Guest what, They don't exist! In the beginning dont chase wins, chase as many NO's as you can get. Start your day by getting as many No's as you can get.
