Fifth of Heaven? Weren't they a Manchester band and known as The Stems originally I think. I saw them live in '86 on the night they changed their name.
Respect from the Bristol Massive aka Black FM, later to become FTP, we were also blasting the mighty fine Deluxe & the Intrigue label.. We were concentrasting on 3 strip records aks Massive Attack & Smith & Mighty.... Peace from the South West "Bristol Beats" Dev

The good old days .Ford Granada black ghia x full leather 4 pioneer big boys on shelf to 15 subs behind back seat . pioneer kex 73 head unit Kenwood sub graphic ( at your finger tips ) mids tops in front all powered by four Kenwood slab amps. And a rose sticking out sunroof . These are the the little things gen x had and we did not complain to busy looking good 😊
Loved this Album...I had their Album when it first got released but unfortunately I foolishly loaned it to a Neighbour. Never got it back.....still searching for the Album.
@malaylaboo Hahahahaaa, nice one ; you can sence the Manchester connection !!! I support Manchester United and spent time in Manchester when i used to date a girl from Stretford when i lived in the UK!!! Im from Africa .........
@@ProudManc I have just looked at the comments and I think I have written it wrong because I meant to say that they were not from Manchester.... Yeah but I think I was meant to say that the soul was good in Manchester back in the day with the gallery and the play pen etc.. But yeah I think they were from London weren't they deluxe.. I know that one of their original cds were on ebay the other year for 500 pounds.. But they have been reissued since..
AQUI NO BRASIL, ESSAS MUSICAS ERAM CONHECIDAS , COMO AQUECIMENTO , TIPO COMEÇO DE BAILE. AMO TUDO ISSO, ME LEMBRA DE UM DJ, FERNANDINHO DJ, MIXAVA HORRORES QUANDO ERA ESSE ESTILO. VERY GOOD.
I need more info on this! It's fascinating how these indie records managed to reach Brazil and become so popular. I'd like to read more about the adventures of UK street soul in Brazil. Do you have any blogs, magazines that talk about this?
