It didn't matter in the end but at 23:00 VS the dimir deck you had 12 mana not 11 so you could have doubing season, retreat and get lost in the same turn
Yeah, that first one was grindy. And I was genuinely trying to do things to move the game forward, but had to fight through to many cards and removal from the opponent before I could do much. We eventually found a way though. :)

This kind of deck deserves at least 1 Genesis Wave: for greater surprise effects 😊
This version plays way too many mises for Genesis Wave.
I feel like beans instead of lockdown would be a big increase to consistency
I've played beans in other lists. The consistency overall has felt fine. It was more about stopping the early rush draws from opponents.
I'm not generally a fan of oops all sweepers, but those games were fun
