This is a real funny episode, but I couldn't help but notice that Julia was getting interrupted a lot when she's the host. Justin was especially bad for it.
Yeah the guys sometimes get over excited and talk to much and classic Julia or Karina just sit back. You can tell they dont do it maliciously. They gotta just be more aware of it. Julia and Karina could try being more assertive while talking but its definitely mainly the responsibility of Nathan and Jacob tho.

I’ve never seen/played any of the silent hills, but the idea of flesh lips kind of makes me think of how, when people are really sick, they sometimes have to be fed through a tube to their stomach and that’s where the lips are.

Like, one monster stains your shirt. Another monster is a flesh-treadmill on the ground that makes it take longer to get where you're going. There's a third monster that latches onto your phone and makes the battery drain 5% faster...
zpardus the punishment for not saying hello or goodbye to people is manifesting fleshy-bois that ignore you when you try talking to them.
That's not how Silent Hill works. Only Silent Hill 2 had the punishment theme, and even then one of three main characters didn't even do anything wrong, and just blamed themself for horrible things that happened to them earlier. In 1, 3, and 4 the protags didn't do anything wrong and just got caught up in the horrors of Silent Hill by happenstance or things beyond their control. What horrible things do you think Harry, Henry, and Heather did?
Not much of the Silent Hill lore is concrete or directly explained, and it get's retconned constantly by the awful western development team.
The best explanation is that the town is essentially purgatory and you go there when you die if you have some personal shit you need to work out. The other people in the town aren't real, they're different parts of your life or personality reflected back at you. That's why James meets Maria who is a sexy, non-dying version of his wife Mary.
Silent Hill 4 has a lot of themes around voyeurism, like the hole in the wall to Eileen's place. The whole concept of the game is that Henry is locked in his apartment which symbolizes personal things he thinks are safe, then that is slowly taken away from him, which is exactly what he does to people in the course of the game.
Reading between the more ham-fisted parts of Silent Hill 1, you can tease out that it's mostly about child abandonment. Most of the locations and enemies are themed around places that would be either exciting or scary to a child; the school, the theme park, the hospital. It isn't as direct about the shitty things that the protagonist has done, but it's reasonable to assume that Harry lost his daughter and feels like he could have done more to save/find her but did not for selfish reasons.
For the record, you can go into Silent Hill and deal with horrors that have nothing to do with you. Silent Hill 1, Silent Hill 4, Silent Hill Origins, all have to do with this, you're facing things that are conjured from the cult and Alyssa rather than the characters personal traumas (well, in Origins you have both cult monsters and personal trauma monsters, but I digress). in Silent Hill 2 one of the monsters you fight is actually someone else's monster (Abstract Daddy) and you see some non-active monsters related to Eddie, in Downpour all of the monsters you're fighting except for ONE has to do with someone else's trauma rather than your own. It'd be more likely if you were somehow sucked into Silent Hill's Otherworld with minor trauma, it's not because of you facing your demons but shit is going down in the town with the cult or something, you just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, which means hello demons!
That's part of reading between the lines to find the good stuff in the series though, basically everything about the cult is dumb and changes frequently enough to be considered non-canon.
As far as I'm concerned, 4 was the last game in the series.

The dance condom thing Julia is talking about is a pretty common modern dance trope. They can be incredibly beautiful and effective, especially when more than one dancer is manipulating it, but they can also be goofy as hell.
The slits in lockers were added to prevent mold by allowing moisture in the locker to evaporate. Earlier versions of lockers weren't large enough to stuff a kid into but still contained slits or holes which leads me to believe that they are for the prevention of mold and mildew.
Y'all should draw mega evolutions for pokemon that don't have mega evolutions. I'd suggest being allowed to see the pokemon you're drawing the mega for, because it's a more design and creativity based concept. (Also, Willie.)

THANK YOU for remembering that pentagrams are upside down- In tarot and witchcraft they use a pentacle which is the same symbol but star facing up and it represents earth and the material plane- but a lot of people don’t understand that it isn’t the same as a pentagram.
