@SouPNaZi ... If you are referring to string walking, it is allowed in Barebow competitions, however there are some that does not allow string walking. In Longbow competition, string walking is not allowed, unless they changed the rules and I'm really that old. Correct me if I'm wrong, will be more than happy to get updated.
You are right most 3d shoots traditional bow shoots don't allow marks on the tabs in longbow or recurve bear bow division They consider it a rear sight . You can string walk but you can't have any marks on the tabs . Most shooters that string walk put serving on the string and rest the top of the tab to the different serving location . As far as I know there is no rules against putting serving in different places on the string .

@SouPNaZi ... You're kidding right? It was not allowed before, well that was back then, until 2012 to 2015 more or so, but it was allowed last year 2016 until now. Barebow archers are using it nowadays. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If you think you can use this tab for 3d shoots forget it you are not allowed to use marked finger tabs .

World Archery just approved the Yost Tab last week for all World Archery competitions.
One problem. You can't compete with it. It's in violation of world archery rules.
SouPNaZi There are many formats where it is legal.
We have confirmation from World Archery that the Yost tab is LEGAL for use in their barebow competitions.
That's right it's considered stitching and has no numbers so therefor it's legal!
why aren't numbers legal?
P.S. I haven't done any competition yet, so I'd like to know :D
