Do you have an Ethernet Cable? Even with sucky wifi, having a cable can help a ton. Otherwise, you could just be using an old model or have a bad provider.

Nah, Cozmic is one of the best. Breakfast is carried only because of his high health. Electro has one of the best beams which allows him to be better than breakfast.
Talking about lag, I'm in the same time zone as you and have been experiencing higher levels of lag than usual on gw2 specifically so it might be an ea servers thing
