Survival>Power>Utility- in general, modding in that order will give you success while going through the star chart. At the level of player you seem to be targeting with this, you'd get more use out of shield mods than flame repellent. Equilibrium is a great pick for volt, or really any caster frame that likes to use abilities a lot. Building for playstyle is what makes warframe fun and should be considered first before modding. Pick the skill you want to use the most, and focus on the mods and gear that make it shine. As a new player, you don't have a lot of choices in the modding department. However, understanding modding capacity and mod slot polarity is the first step. Max out your Aura mod first. Keep your health/shield mods around level 8 (too expensive to go past that at this point). Keep mods in matching polarity slots to reduce their cost. Almost everything in warframe is a matter of personal taste. Everyone is gonna go through it a little bit differently. Which is why there's no "Best" build... at any level... because that's just not how warframe works. You work with what you got... You'd be far better off doing a let's play or expressing your views on the game from your perspective while going through the content than build guides. Looking at the mods you have i would change sprint for streamline and change.flame repellant with continuity. Just use your speed ability when your ready to burn rubber or melee a room full.
