What kind of holiday home can you get for 600K in Penang?
The weather is perfect, it's another great day for unboxing a beautiful home!
Today, we're looking at Ferringhi Residence 2, rated 4.7 stars, located in the scenic area of Batu Ferringhi; just a 25-minute walk to Penang's most popular beach; a 16-minute walk to UPLANDS International School; the hallway features a courtyard design that I absolutely love, offering excellent lighting and ventilation; what else does this facility have in store?
Sharon told me, until the end of February, the lowest price for a 2-bedroom mountain view unit is only 600K Malaysian Ringgit.
And the corner unit that I like, with a view of both the mountains and the sea; 1565 square feet, 3+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms; now on offer for just 800K Malaysian Ringgit?
Feeling a bit excited.
We moved from Shanghai to Kuala Lumpur at the beginning of 2019, and two years later, in January 2021, we moved our entire family to Penang just before Kuala Lumpur was locked down. It's been 3 years in Penang, and we really love the scenery and culture of this city. However, because the apartment we currently live in is within walking distance to the international school, the rent has been increasing lately. In order not to be too passive after the one-year lease expires, we are looking for a new paradise while unboxing beautiful homes.
