In the final he sang Faithfully by Jorney. If Neon Schon & Members of Journey came for his final appearance and repeated the song Don't Stop Believe to his own happiness, he is far from being someone with a limited repertoire. Don't compare him to a karaoke singer. Has anyone ever seen a karaoke performance lift two audience seats and all the judges of a talent contest?

Because people are stupid. The entire point of AGT is to find people exactly like him. Who cares if he is a “one trick.” That’s the point, he’s amazing and stays in his lane. It’s like saying a country singer is bad because they can’t sing rock.
The way he expressed and loved his love is next levels because this generation is so hard to find someone who just give everything to love ❤️ hats up 😊
Richard's voice and his unique, personal, and emotional interpretation of these oh-so familiar songs, just brings me to tears. He's not a powerhouse singer; that would ruin his emotional interpretations. Richard is a crooner and serenader for the ages.
My favorite AGT and BGT performers are those who have talent, to be sure, but they win the people over before they ever start performing, just by being themselves. Sydnie Christmas is a perfect example, and you can add Richard to that list. Love this SO much!! 😊

No one has matched Steve Perry as a singer until now, I saw Richard's audition on AGT and knew it was game over! I am really proud of Journey for performing with Richard, they are legends.
He is a good singer. I’m glad he won the whole thing. With that being said, he is a good singer, but not a great singer. The high notes, his doesn’t reverberate, it just breaks off. He is an humble man, a guy people like and root for. Congratulations to him for his win.
