AS A PAKISTANI I AM VERY HAPPY THAT INDIA WON AGAINST PAKISTAN. The reason would be so astonishing and mere of surprise if Pakistan had won the match against India it would had saved babar captaincy. And our Pakistan team and their fans have such kind of dwarf thinking they consider to beat India just vanish all the previous mistake and unfair of Pakistan team. Pakistan can’t afford babar azam more bcz his company is tried and tested and he doesn’t posses creative mindset to have some thing new element in pak team. This loss will be more extra fruitful with disqualification of pak team in group stage as it would keep Pakistan cricket authorities to rethink about their cricket revival and to bring freash blood in team .Hope doesn’t any sees by biased thinking.

Luck favoured Pakistan today. But Pakistan is the only team that can defeat their own luck. They won toss in overcast conditions, got Virat and rohit out early and when they came out to bat sun was out and ball stopped swinging. salman i totally agree with you - dubey does not belong to this league at all - i am not sure what thought went behind his selection for the WC, ok he got selected but to play him in the 11 was a big blunder from rohit and rahul dravid. I had commented the whole list of blunders which were highlighted in this match because usually wins hide those short comings and never addressed to but i hope a critical thinker like dravid and rohit pick this up right now and correct for their future matches even though there are against much lower level opponents but you never underestimate any team specially in this format and we have already seen a few upsets in this short run so we all need to be better prepared for more future upsets too.

Full marks to Bhumra's 15th and 19th over that decided the match. Pakisthan has got 2 more matches that may be easy going with huge margins. Being an Indian I liked the pace batteries of pak but Indian have thrown their wickets recklessly. New york pitch is basically for bowlers and mentally strong team can only win the match. In the present scenario Bhumra is the master of winner.

Have said over the last 3 years watching Pakistan, especially in WC's. Our bowlers 90% of the time do their job. Yes they'll have a nightmare at times like in the super over vs USA. But more often than not, they do the business. I'd say the current bowling attack is good as anything out there. Issue is that the batters are shit and just don't make enough runs. Especially in WC's when under pressure. I feel that our 2 openers are badly overhyped and made out to be much better than they actually are.
