Jesus would definitely go to the Church because He is Alive ! Mohammed cannot go to a Mosque or Church because he is dead! Muhammad did not rise again from dead, Jesus rose again from dead and is alive and still appears to even the strongest Muslims and converts them to follow Him !
Funnily enough, Jesus (as - BTW, not his real name) is already Muslim - ie: meaning: one who submits to Allah (swt) - Who is alone and has no "partners" (ie: no sons, daughters, mothers, or holy ghosts, etc). Isa (as) even called his God by the Aramaic name Alaha (or Elaha, swt) - since he spoke Aramaic/Syriac. That word directly equates with the Arabic name for God - ie: Allah (swt). IOW, Muslims worship the same God that Jesus (as) worshipped.....
According to Matthew 26:39, Jesus (pbuh) prayed with his face on the ground. That's how people pray in mosques. I've never seen anyone do that in a church.
