Their Civil War and American Revolution figures are quite good. Not the best, but good for cheap army men. Not sure if you cover those sorts though.

I would say that the high point of this set is the small accessories, specifically the Jerry cans and oil drums, which are otherwise pretty hard to get. As for the figures and vehicles, well, even Wal-Mart has better quality than this, so I would replace them. As a collector I don't like anything more recent than Vietnam, for the simple reason that I don't think the USA's more recent wars are anything to be proud of. Just mindless military action. Even Vietnam was questionable. So I stick to the past.
