    Namaskaram 🙏
    Lovely video.
Just sharing what I had perceived while I practiced.
    1. Yes, Yoga burns a lot of karma and the more intense you do the faster we become free from our "compulsions"
    2. As I realised consciousness peaks as the compulsions fades away, a sickness becomes an opportunity to even go beyond limitation of body and mind.
    3. The Swami's won't say it could miss the golden opportunity of leaning in even more into guru and that takes the whole walk with guru to a whole new level.
    4. I.e it's all opportunity in the path of seeking. It's tough but that is what it is. Quiet surprised how the Swami's didn't say anything and such a tough decision. They trusted the practitioner and their guru.
    5. Shambo, it is what it is. Nothing to beat yourself up as I always do lol. But lovely sharing.
    6. Big Respects for such commitment for the man, dude dropped like 30kg, crazy. Wonder the kind of inner man he has now, bet he can withstand a lot.
    7.Anyways Love & Blessings!!! 🎉❤ 😅

Alot of what you said is "do" and not "being".
One becomes liberated when he/she realises that. To realise that you have to do alot to eventually see that you were already there.

It has happened to me. It’s because of the food diet. It doesn’t suit all body type. During Samyama preparation i faced it but after samyama i switched back to normal house food diet. Everything became normal.

I find myself constipated because I am vata type and need some ghee or oil in the food. Made it difficult for shoonya. Serious B12 deficiency will cause high BP and high blood sugar and thyroid issues.

I started eating per my Ayurvedic body type and it’s much better for me, otherwise I was eating too much raw food and always had stomach issues for years. Not sure why positive pranic contradicts Ayurveda which evolved to support yogic lifestyle. Surprisingly the raw food caused volcano in my tummy. Suffered a lot during shoonya. Then after coming back I ate egg for four days then it got better.

so b12 gets made when you have right probiotics in the gut. But no fermented food is taken while in traditional diet we take dahi. It will have b12

I also had similar kind of experience. My question is if doing the sadhana, life comes into fast forward having physical illness and other issues then what is the solution for this as we cannot stop doing Sadhana.

    • @vaisu90
      @vaisu90  ปีที่แล้ว

Its not for everyone akka. Most of us are doing sadhana at home. Praveen anna is a rare case where he was doing 8 hours of sadhana daily for 4 months

    • @SoothingHerbs

Life fast forward doesn’t mean you develop deficiencies. That’s from the food as not all of us can absorb all nutrients from food we eat two times a day. Due to pesticides and such our gut is damaged. Suddenly we are eating infrequent food and very light almost fasting diet.
Maki no yourselves sick is not the goal of yoga and will get you nowhere

Actually this happend to me also anna - i have done inner engineering, hatha yoga(yogasanas) and sivanga sadhana in same year and not even single day i missed the practice .
But 1 day when doing my shambhavi i got discomfort in my abdomin on that day onwards i was not able to eat food and after check up i was detected with jaundice and vitamin deficiencies and after medication also my jaundice WAS not reduced doctor said it was Gilbert syndrome that means mild jaundice while be through out my life and there was no medicine to this ,
this is due to stress that doctor said , i felt sad after this much of sadhana i fell ill then i said this issue to homeopatic doctor after then using that medicine my blood levels became normal. I stopped all practices.
I thought the practices did not worked for me.

Please follow a balanced diet. Which must include all kind of foods like vegetables, fruits, meat, fish etc..
This is very important. Certain nutirents are only available in certain food forms. like omega 3 fatty acids b12 etc..
only yoga will not make you healthy.
    Five pillars
    1. Get enough sunlight
    2. Get enough sleep
    3. Get enough excercises
    4. Diet
    5. Social connections
