    - [00:00] 🧩 Use templates as a starting point but customize them to fit your specific needs when conducting user testing.
    - [01:41] 🤝 Begin user testing by speaking with just five people to uncover insights and identify pain points.
    - [03:37] 📊 Measure the success of UX design changes by conducting before-and-after testing with representative tasks and at least 15 participants.
    - [05:25] 🤔 Consider the balance between AI-driven personalization and maintaining a humane touch in user experiences.
    - [07:00] 🧠 Embrace AI advancements but also value imperfections and human elements in design to create more authentic and engaging experiences.

Absolutely agree with the emphasis on the human touch in design! The conversation around AI is fascinating, but maintaining a humane and authentic experience is crucial. I love the idea of embracing the messiness and unpredictability of the real world in design. It's the imperfections that make interactions feel genuine.
And you're spot on about the potential eeriness of hyper-personalization. Balancing customization with a sense of humanity is key.

The title of "How To Maximize Your Website's Effectiveness" is not accurate. This is a UX conversation about how UX designers determine effectiveness with user testing and then some future conjecture.

      Indeed,
~ but, It Is a Subject that Would Help you Maximize your Websites Effectiveness!!

~ I think perhaps you were having a Sh*tty Day?!
If so, you have my sympathy...
I just got knocked back again with my Job Search,,,
When the Employer found out I'm a Wheelchair User with health problems,
      due to a TBI....
      Up until That Moment,,
They were about to Offer me the job!!
I Hope You have a Better Week and Life Improves for You very soon!!

      Ps,
The Disability doesn't Effect my Work,
~ but it Certainly Puts the Employers Off!!

@@AndreaDingbatt Sucks that there are people that would make a decision based off of your disability.
Props to you for having such a great attitude.

Titles that portray the ultimate benefit tend to work better than just describing what they are doing. (Because it solves a problem)
No one would watch if the title was "Two UX designers talking about X"

~I was successful in my career and loved the work!!
I spent Way Too much Time Grieving over what I can't do!!
Now I'm looking Forward to what I Can Do!!
Yep it sucks A$$ getting judged by the Wheelchair,
I'm thinking of Decorating it!! Lol!😂

If they would put as Much Work into Actually Working they'd have a Decent Income!!
Instead of Being Cowardly Conmen who Try to Take Advantage of Hard Working People!!
