The thing with the Streak ending was even if Vince hadn't decided it was time last minute, they would have had to call the audible anyway because Taker was concussed and could barely finish the match!
I think this list proves Brock is a smart business person. Regardless of his matches he knows when to win, lose and how to book himself out of bad spots
ROMAN was already getting booed out every building he went to . So beating taker was gonna get him more heat than he already had . Don't make since . They didn't want Roman period. He wasn't ready for that main event spot. We can't recreate history .
Imma have to disagree fam. I think Stone Cold and Taker can pull off throwing a belt at Vince behind the scene. AND, allegedly Bret Heart laid out Vince but I dont think that counts since it was after the screw-job.
I would agree with you about Lesnar breaking the streak to hype up the wwe network if a sane person was running the company at the time but... Let's be honest Vince probably thought UFC was less popular than it was or something cuz we're talking about the same old man who legendarily didn't know what a burrito was but had been eating them for lunch for years... I don't usually believe the excuses WWE makes but they claim it was cuz Lesnar had lost to HHH n then Cena so they felt he needed a giant win to regain his monster aura... N I honestly don't doubt that Vince legitimately thought people thought Brock was looking weak cuz Vince is just that out of touch with wrestling and the world in general
The thing with booking Brock to beat the streak is you show the level it took to beat Undertaker at Wrestlemania, even at the end of his career. Sometimes it’s better to uphold a high standard rather than trying to give someone that rub off of it. Of course they ruined that though by having Roman beat the Undertaker too. IMO he should have only lost once, and there was no one else at the time that could have elevated the streak like Lesnar.
Undertaker didn't need to go undefeated at WrestleMania especially when everyone knows it's pre determined plus it makes others look bad he's the goat regardless of a couple mania losses
The best wrestling moments were by chance and weren’t originally planned Austin wining king of the ring the yes movement kofi-mania nxt taking over sd the list goes on

I already know the streak ending will be on here. Pissed me off forever, and was the catalyst for why i stopped watching wrestling for 8 years. It's F Vince and F Brock for life idc👎🏾
Bro all they had to do was listen to Brock because I agree with Brock they(Vince McMahon) should have gave the title to Roman because Brock was going to the UFC but they(Vince McMahon) had to turn Roman heel to beat Brock LESNAR. 2:32 I didn’t know that’s how they wanted Austin to win that match. 😱
I know so many people are still against ending the streak although I'm not one of them. I will always say ending the streak was always something that needed to happen especially to give the rub to someone up and coming although the way they did it was wrong. Brock shouldn't have been the guy but how undertaker looked at wrestlemania 30 he shouldn't have been in the ring period he looked very frail, weak and skinny like he was battling something. With him getting concussed in the match there probably could have been a audible called if they weren't planning to end the streak originally. I think taker wanted roman to end the streak as his personal choice and agree with him or not it would have been his pick and a pick that I feel like should have been done instead
The undertaker streak ending will always confuse me especially since it was a last minute situation 🤔
Yea and brock didn't want to broke the streak
I agree
Roman should have ended the streak at WM 33 and turn heel the night after WM
I always wanted the streak to either never be broken or it breaking by Bray Wyatt as a passing of the torch moment.

very impresive for edge and randy to do that especially when they usually always rehearse the match in wwe
Legend has it, Edge Vs Randy Orton is going on to this day 😅
WM36 was a unique experience for sure. Sucks that the best theme song was used on no crowds.

Brock ending the streak was the most logical choice considering that undertaker has never beaten Brock at all
