Roughly 95% of the population will speak English at some level, in fact one of the main complaints I will always get from expats here is that it is impossible for them to learn Dutch because we switch over to English in an instant -- mostly for efficiency reasons😂

Hahahahah well that's going to be useful. NOT! I used to travel to Russia for work. Stopped when the Poutine-smelling guy start being a bitch for the Ukrainian friends. It's a pity for the intelligent Russians I gone to call real friends 😞

But American and British movies and series on tv are subtitled so we hear the lingual sound all the time (and sometimes use British with American accent or American with a British accent).
