Hi Joshua, I have mostly finalised my Pulltruder based on a few of your 3D parts and the electronics is Arduino based, will be posting in the next few weeks, will tag you once it is up as a lot of the inspiration came from you. Out here 3D printers still cost a few thousand and not hundred so doing it this way was cheaper than buying another 3D printer...... Thank you for sharing!!
What is the biggest that this particular size of bottle can be expanded to? I want to make a model of an airship (it doesn't require holding any liquid). I was thinking of making a temporary, split, wire cage around the bottle while expanding it, to form the bulges that a gas-filled "balloon" would have for a steampunk airship. Can you do a video of a bottle carefully expanded to failure point?
@@aasyuraaaa it never happened to me before. i got a technique to slowly heat it up and gradually increase the temperature plus i use acu drill to spin it equaly all mthe time.
Just buy some tire stems and drill a hole and pull it through. I believe its 3/8ths but youll have to look it up i believe tkor had a video with exploding bottles with an explanation
Is your bottle holding enough inflated air? 20 PSI is a good safe ammount for 2L. Make sure you are roating evenly and heating from right to left....dont sit on one spot to long

What if I don't have the equipment for expanding the bottles, how do the bottles print with all the lines and different material thicknesses?
You can simply take the bottle and spin it by hand over a heatsource aka cooker and you can get perfectly round bottle to cut.
@@josipjurkovic7300 the bottle cap explode when im doing it hehe. do you know how to prevent it? (sorry for my bad english)

Clamp the nozzle in a cordless drill to spinn it over the heat gun.
Hi How you made the cap?
Drill a hole, shove the valve in from the bottom.
Great tutorial! I still haven't tried your machine but hope to very soon, keep sharing such Nice findings!
You said the cap attachment can be found on ebay; what's it called?
Check out the link in the video's description! Thanks!

Do you have to take the label off ? I don't want to rrmove the vodka label.
Id sugguest it, could be a complete mess otherwise
@@JRT3D I was thinking that the paper won't let the plastic expand. Thank you.
Thank You for that tip
Again, please explain how you made the bottle cap. Thank you.

Don't you worry about the fumes?
Every time I try this, the bottle gets longer and lumpy instead of wider
