I use a cotton bud and some Isopropyl alcohol, handy to have around.

Yes also works fine. I didn’t have any so for £3 and the sake of teaching people I opted for the pen.

Plug and play as far as I know. Didn’t have software with mine. I have a mac and there’s a method to set it up.

@@jdrecords You just need to look up the model of your printer and download the drivers if your PC is not automatically letting you print on it.

I had it and kept cleaning until it just went kaput it’s apparently the first sign your printer is on its way out

@@saadkarim1972 Did you ever resolve the issue? If you cleaned it and it's still doing it then the power cord could be going bad or the wrong voltage or the print head is going bad and it may need to be replaced.
