Today, we cooked a delicious dish with sheep's tongues together with Grandmother, which was very tasty and attractive!
This dish is cooked with tongue and spices along with rice and beans. It was very enjoyable to cook this dish in the village and in the rainy weather of autumn.
The way to prepare this dish is to cook the tongue with special spices and place the tongue under it while the rice is cooking.
