    Thanks for uploading this. I found this beautiful polonaise many years ago, and then it disappeared. Schawrenka had many great Polish compositions, I like his works.

    What an interesting and lyrical composition - really helps us experience the genre with fresh eyes and ears! Lovely dramatic outer sections and fascinating syncopation in middle. Thank you for making these available and better known, we appreciate your work cutting the score to match - really quality work, a great channel which deepens our musical knowledge and appreciation 👍🎹🖱❤

      PL but he studied in Germany with Moritz Moszkowski (PL as well) who in my opinion has the most beautiful piano concert in the history (op.59 E major)

      No. You Chopin-heads have to stop using the morale that everything is just “Chopin but bad”.
