I love seeing Clark, too. I have 2 talking dogs. One of them will tell you stories and carry on a conversation like Clark, and the other wants you to be quiet and sympathetic while he talks. Dogs are wonderful.
If you get a spam call asking for money, tell thst person on the line, you'll connect him to your financial aid director,call out for Clark to come to the phone, and tell Clark to talk to that person. I called my BC Tess to talk-doggy talk, not barking (too obvious)into the phone. She did, he hung up and he never called again.

I played this video here in England (where we can speak PROPER English properly), and my GSDs came up to see what all the whining was. My Main Man Dog, Sam the Man, who really CAN talk , (albeit in dog language like: "OOOWWEEEEEarrrOww!" and "GrrrrahhhruHhhi Arr." I am not fluent in Dog, but I think it means, "Alright! Where are you hiding that dumb bottomed dog with the frightfully common American accent ?" Of course I might be wrong. Love from my Woofers and I. 🌍🙌🐺🐺💕 ➡ 🐩👱🌎 .
When interviewed he was asked what was on top of the house and he answered wroofff. Then when asked who was a great baseball player he said rrrruutthhh.
