Thanks for this video - I started my TH-cam journey two years ago and crossed 80k\month NET profit with two major channels. However I do notice lately that all the TH-camrs rather keep the real methods to themselves. I understood that after reading an eBook. No one is talking on how to outrank competitors, how to gain additional traffic outside YT, how to do proper off site SEO for additional exposure etc...

Even after watching your videos and participating in the FB group sessions, I was not able to upload my first video. But I finally made it. It was very awkward to watch myself on camera. There was a big psychological barrier in the beginning. I’ll keep going no matter what. Thanks a lot for the tips and the practical knowledge.
To be honest, you don't realize how much this video just gave me what I needed to keep going. Being a TH-camr is something I always wanted to do and was starting to feel burnt out. But I will not give up and I am going to start using these steps today!! KEEP PUSHING SMALL CREATORS!! We are in this together!!

If I started a channel in 2023, I would use Famester. I don't care if some of you think it's cheating, you'll receive a penalty etc... I just smile seeing comments like this. Meanwhile, my social media are exploding. Cheers.

Recently just got into the gaming walkthrough niche.. and I wanted to say to everyone DO NOT give up I’ll repeat it DO NOT stop no matter what type of viewership you’re getting. You WILL make it, you just gotta trust the process and remember that TH-cam is a marathon not a sprint.

So Ive been wanting to start for over 10 years and i am not joking when i say years and YEARS ago, i used to follow you and be subscribed and don't know how i wasn't anymore - as when i came back by this channel i saw Sean and was like " OMG I FOUND HIM AGAIN!!!" haha! The organic reach with shorts is nutty. Uploaded a drum cover of my favourite blink 182 song today, and it reached 1,500 people in the first few hours. It was my first short, the only video on my channel and it got received really well! I guess the shorts work as larger nets to get people in to watch more long form content

Thanks for the tips.I am in Ireland and I started my You Tube Channel beginning of November. I am very consistent and upload once or twice a week, yet find it very difficult to get subscribers! @@elahmadii yes…my main channel (in my language, English) is Dan Frullani and my new channel is simply Dan Frullani (Español) in Spanish so it’s easy for people to find me and see that I make content in two languages in two separate channels.

I think what people don’t understand when they first start TH-cam is that it’s a lot of hard work. It’s not ‘passive income’ it’s a job. I’ve been trying to play the algorithm, but it’s so stinking hard. We’ve literally been growing at a snails pace… but I guess growth is growth
