In regards to pricing, is it better to find a hotel on the day one would need a hotel or on the internet before getting to Cambodia for someone visiting from the USA?

I have the same issue. In Cambodia , Malaysia, Singapore. All hotels that I have been staying . The internet is very slow. That's only thing I concerned.
