Hey PJ.. phenobut has wrecked my gaba receptors and i had no idea until i stopped taking it after YEARS and i had the worst panic attacks.. the ER would give me ativan but only a few..... Ive bee to different docs and got put on Lexapro which stops the night terrors a bit but doesnt touch my anxiety... Doctors are so hesitant to prescribe benzos and rightfully so but damn... I hope i haven't messed up my brains chemistry by those years of taking phenobit which acts on similar receptors as benzOs.. Long story i know and aome may think of this as pissing and moaning but this shit sucks
I just started taking a Glutathione 1,000 mg supplement from Amazon. Let’s see how that works out even though it am not deficient in anything from my labs. Once you’re middle aged, glucose spikes hit harder for me. 🤷🏻♀️
The biggest benefit (and it’s a great one) is detoxifying your liver which will do SO much for you from keeping your skull clear to fighting immune disease!

I've tried l theanine and certain nootropics but the effects could possibly be just placebo
