The fact their is a stigma within the weightlifting community that a person that may or may not looked ripped can be so strong, powerful and graceful is an amazing message. I hope this breaks down more lines to show that someones looks cannot tell the full story. Thank you. My favorite is the Cleaner.
Huh? have you ever been to a gym? Maybe it's a regional thing, but spending 10 minutes in any gym you will easily be able to see that size =/= strength, not always at least. I would be hard pressed to find anyone that lifts weights that doesn't know this

Man, I have watched so many videos of him. From shorts to full videos like this one. It NEVER gets boring.
I really think he has the potential to be an Actor. If you watch how hes looking at the members in the gym and hes explaining his nonsense hes looking at them in the eye ans he come across very believable. I cant get enough of this guy. Very fun stuff. Keep it up!
Oh for sure. Can totally see him getting into the film industry. You nailed it how it makes eye contact and isn't just saying things he's reacting in character in the moment.
Every time I'm struggling with something, I say "you can do" in Anatoly voice and then follow it up with his giggle. Productivity has increased 100 percent

@@dailydoseofnews7984 i believe he uses real weights but i think the people who he pranks are in it, surely word would go around about a prankster in the gym, as he often goes back to the same gym, instas of the people linked in bio (i know he couldve asked them for their insta) but its a bit strange for me, not to mention every single person he pranks are fitness/personal trainers. Still enjoy the videos though!

Everyone gets there signs in different ways. I learned about powerbuilding in a muscle & fitness magazine. Shit got me so big and strong, at the same time, from a skinny ass kid sooo quickly. I got lazy over the years and I look like a civilian again 😂 I think I know what I have to do next. I appreciate this man going viral.

His strength is unreal . I’m recovering from an soft tissue injury to my arm nearly 9 months ago from working a trencher . I may need surgery . I can’t believe this guy throws around weight like he does , with the build that he has , and seems to be in such fine tuned conditioning that he doesn’t seem to injure himself . Very impressive on so many levels .

I haven't laughed so much in a long time. I've seen hundreds of workout videos and never seen Anatoly or ever heard of of him before. Thanks Anatoly for all these videos you put out. I used to work out but because of getting a little grayer now and the effects of aging, I don't workout anymore even though I want to. It feels great to be able to have a good laugh and I will continue to watch your videos. The first time I saw you do a video, I thought it was all fake because it doesn't look real or possible the feats of strength you were doing. Maybe when I feel a little more at par, I will get your training program.
