It's excellent if all Malaysians speak English but isn't it important for all Malaysian's to speak the national language? It must be made compulsory for all ministers and top civil servants of all ministries and agencies to have at least a strong credit in English and Bahasa Melayu for SPM. Oral too of course. Those who are already in their positions must be sent for a crash course in both languages at their own expence. Plenty of tuition centres around. Try applying for even a clerical post in govt.
