rc model design trommel working hard today

spring was in the air today
was great getting out again.
rc model design trommel also a metal hobi trommel along with A40G's, xd loaders and a new 980 Sany excavator.

I worked for Cemex for 10 yrs and we had a crusher and made 3/4,1/2 3/8's and sand, we had a hot plant, and concrete.

Its great to see you guys back😊, on your trommel, have more angle on the plate where the material hits & slides ,try a motor that shakes ot that would spin faster or add another one that eay you have two shaking it.

I have 2 on it now, it helped but wasn't the cure. I'm going to print a new belt feed hopper for it.

I think for the dirt you guys got the conveyor feed will do better. Thats so chunky and then fine mix in looks like its going to keep clogging

The 360L is a great excavator and will run you around 2 grand.

Looks like your hopper needs to be at a angle for that dirt to keep being transferred to trommel, can you raise the feed end about an inch, that might do it. Glad to see you guys back, I was getting worried something happened.
